Ovo/Lacto – Chili Cheese Cubes Recipe

Ingredients:

8 pcs of eggs (large)
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1-1/2 c of cheese (Monterey Jack); shredded
1-1/2 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
2 oz of chilis (green, canned); chopped
1/2 c of flour
3/4 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Beat the eggs for 4-5 mins till light then add Calumet, salt, and flour. Mix thoroughly and fold the chilies and cheese into the mixture. Pour onto a buttered 9×13×2 inch baking dish.

Bake, 350 degrees F for forty mins. Cut to squares.
