Magnum Deer Chili Recipe


2 lbs of ground deer or other meat
40 ozs of canned kidney beans (red)
46 ozs of canned juice (v-8)
1 Tbsp of sugar
3 ozs of jalapeno
1 Tbsp of chili powder
1/2 Tbsp of red pepper
1 Tbsp of cumin
1/2 Tbsp of salt (garlic)
1.5 Tbsps of chopped dry onion


Cook meat ’til brown into a pot on medium to high heat. Strain the jalapeno then chop. Strain beans and wash with water. Set aside to drain.

Add the jalapeno, beans, juice, sugar, chili, pepper, cumin, salt and onions. Add chili, pepper and cumin as desired.

Use pepper with caution. Makes one pot of chili.
