Chili Cheese Puff Recipe

Ingredients:

5 pcs of eggs
1/4 c of flour (all purpose)
1/2 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1 c of cheese (Cottage)
2 c of cheese (Monterey Jack, 8oz)
1/4 c of melted butter (or margarine)
4 oz of chilies (green, canned); drained

Instructions:

Beat the eggs thoroughly. While beating continuously, add flour, baking powder, Cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and melted butter. Once blended well, fold in the chilies.

Transfer the mixture onto greased 8-inch square pan. Place inside the oven and bake, 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 45 mins. Serve at once.
