Chili Cheese Cubes Recipe

Ingredients:

8 pcs of eggs
1 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1-1/2 c of cheese (Monterey Jack); shredded
1-1/2 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 c of chilies (green); chopped
3/4 tsp of salt
1/2 c of flour

Instructions:

Beat the eggs for 4-5 mins till light then add the flour, salt, and Calumet; mix thoroughly. Fold the cheeses and the chilies into the mixture. Pour onto buttered 9×13×2 inch baking dish.

Bake, 350 degrees F for forty mins. Let it cool then cut to squares. Serve warm or chilled.
