Chili Cheese Cornsticks Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/4 c of cornmeal (yellow)
1 pc of egg (large)
1/2 c of flour
1 c of milk
2 Tbsps of sugar (refined)
1/2 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 Tbsp of baking powder (Calumet)
2 Tbsps of chilies (green); chopped

Instructions:

Combine 1/4 cup of oil, egg, and milk; beat thoroughly. Add cornmeal, flour, sugar, and baking powder; stir till mixed then add chilies and cheese.

Toss slightly. Transfer on buttered pans and bake, 425 deg Fahrenheit for fifteen mins.
