Chili-Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

8 ozs of cheese (cheddar); shredded
1 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c of butter or margarine; creamed
4 ozs of chilies (chopped, green); drained well
1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven, 375 degrees F. Combine the cheese, flour, butter, salt and chopped chilies in a mixing bowl. Form into 3″ spheres. Arrange on buttered baking sheet at about 2″ apart.

Bake for 15-18 mins or ’til set. Serve right away. Makes about 72 chili-cheese balls.
